Inspired by Londons ethnic diversity I created ‘Merging Cultures’; a material collection, in which collected prints become merged in 3D structures. Here traditional influences collide with artificial yarns and progressive technologies. Casted silicone connections mix with printed and laser-cut threads. Each yarn is telling its own story - celebrating the kaleidoscope of hybrid street styles.
